We were founded upon the idea that tomorrow's leaders must be groomed today for success. Our company was started by individuals who have a passion for flight, aviation, and aerospace and our goal is to introduce students to this wonderful discipline.
Whether our students pursue a career in aviation or simply fly airplanes as a hobby, we are proud of our contribution to the field of aviation, and our excitement increases with each new class. Our goal is to give our students the skills, experience, and confidence they need in order to maximize their potential in the field. Our Leadership
Tarah Schwartz, President
Tarah Schwartz, President of Fledging Youth, is a dynamic and team-oriented professional with a proven ability to set and achieve organizational goals with ease.
As the President of the Fledging Youth, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Tarah has been an indispensable part of the organization’s outreach efforts. With her guidance, Fledging Youth has worked to bring comprehensive aerospace education and curriculum to local elementary, middle and high school students. Tarah is a self-described “lifelong learner” and has always been passionate about education.
Like her colleagues at Fledging Youth, Tarah also has a personal interest in aviation and is a certificated pilot. Tarah is a member of Women in Aviation International and the Soaring Society of America.
Before entering her current roles, Tarah worked as a prolific freelance writer. In addition to penning numerous articles, she published several books and was a regular contributor to many blogs and websites. She graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Arizona State University. Tarah is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
